Owner & Principal Designer

Mia Whitaker creates thoughtful, high-quality spaces that reflect her clients’ personal style while bringing in fresh, dynamic ideas. What sets her apart is her ability to problem-solve and guide clients through a clear, structured process. She views projects through the lens of a designer, a client, and a contractor, understanding that successful design requires alignment between budget, vision, and feasibility. For Mia, great design isn't just about the end result -- it’s about making the entire experience seamless. With an extensive network of trusted vendors and resources, she’s able to support every layer of a project from start to finish.

Quianna Blanc

Senior Designer

Quianna is a versatile artist and designer with a BFA in Interior Design and Architecture from Columbus College of Art & Design. She has excelled in roles ranging from marketing assistance, where she managed graphic and web design projects, to exhibit design, collaborating on interactive displays for diverse clientele. Quianna brings expertise in 3D modeling and meticulous attention to detail to every design, creating sophisticated custom furnishings and drafting comprehensive construction documents, while simultaneously spearheading smaller projects. She has been in the design field for over five years, and is on her third year as part of the Whitaker Interiors team.

Erin Bohannan

Design Partner

Erin is the Founder of Sister Studio, an established boutique firm based in Salt Lake City, where collaboration is at the core of every project. From private residences to bespoke commercial spaces, Erin creates interiors that thoughtfully reflect character and a strong sense of place. Her work is grounded in a client-centered approach, shaped by her background as both a designer and creative director, allowing her to balance professionalism with each client’s unique vision.

Studio Director

As a strategic operational leader with extensive experience in executive support and team development, Heather brings valuable expertise in organizational efficiency and project management to the team. Her background includes serving as Chief of Staff for a boutique luxury interior design firm, where she helped scale operations from a solo practice to a thriving team of professionals serving high-end residential clients across New England and Washington, D.C. As Studio Director, Heather leverages her experience in administration, team development, and operational organization to support the firm's continued growth while maintaining its commitment to delivering sophisticated, personalized design solutions.

Administrator

Design Partner

Jazmyne is the Founder & Principal Designer of Jazmyne Design Studio, a Washington, D.C.–based interior design firm specializing in full-home furnishings, renovations, and new builds. Her work pairs architectural rigor with soulful curation, balancing restraint with warmth to create homes that feel calm, cohesive, and deeply personal. Known for a highly guided, patient process, she designs spaces where each room feels in conversation, carrying a clear narrative throughout the home.
